Stay safe when renting

  • Never pay a deposit or rent before viewing the property in person.
  • Keep conversations inside MyShowroom.
  • Be wary of anyone who is abroad, in a hurry, or asks for payment by gift card or wire transfer.
  • Meet in public first and tell a friend where you are going.
  • Report anything suspicious using the Report button on any listing or conversation.
